Rates are in US dollars, and do not include additional fees for taxes (9%) and service charges (5%).
There is a $ 500.00 security deposit which will be promptly refunded, in case of no incurred damage to the property.
We certainly offer a great deal more than other facilities because of the very spacious living and balcony areas, open concept space, security, privacy, luxury details, day and night breathtaking views, gentle trade wind breeze, soothing sea sounds and spectacular sunsets. You may find cheaper deals, but nothing can match our property in St Maarten.
